VÄKST

I'm having something of a love affair with plants and greenhouses at the moment. We are house hunting and one of my definite requirements is a greenhouse in the garden. I cannot wait to spend time in my little glass house. 

This new restaurant that is a large greenhouse in the centre of Copenhagen has that "green" feeling I'm hankering after and no doubt the food as awesome too.  I just returned from Denmark yesterday, but was not in Copenhagen, but next time I'm there I'm eating here for sure!

Since
I had my baby boy, I’ve spent many hours browsing the web looking for gorgeous
things. A little place in the www called Petite and Small was the
perfect place to start. They are a blog that specialise in all things mini.
They write some really great posts about new products, crafts and provide lots
of helpful ideas and tips for decorating your little ones room.

They
also have a fantastic store directory, which is great when looking for cute

Such beauty and simplicity in kid’s toys is
rare. “Archipelago” and “Shipping” by Norwegian Design house Permafrost are
perfectly hand- crafted wooden pieces. They peak above the surface and tell a
maritime story. Just beautiful.

MERINGUES AND MACARONS

I had a salad for lunch and as much as I love eating clean, these images just make me think about sugar! It's warming up outside (at last) and I'm looking forward to more time outdoors. Our place is around 2 minutes from the beach, so it will be bliss to cook under the stars this summer.

HELLO SPRING

It's that time of year again. Everything starts to feel new and fresh. the windows are open, the cool breeze is running through the house. I love it, it motivates me and definitely gives me a spring in my step.

Converted 70's Bungalow in Belgium

So I can totally see myself embarking on a project like this. We are house hunting at the moment and it's a real toss up between a period property near to town (always been a bit of a dream) or an old 70's bungalow with lots of grounds - with which we would undoubtably do something like this.  We will surely know as soon as we walk into it. It will just feel like home.



I have been absent lately. Felix bear and I have been sick (again) with chest infections, colds etc, etc. We seriously couldn't have a healthier lifestyle, we eat really well, live near the beach, I have a great work/life balance, but I can't seem to stop these bugs! Seriously it's insane. Come on sunshine,  come out to play and warm us all up already. Burn these bugs away!
